This entry has a rating of 3Torn off a manga book!

Office Affairs has the kind of artwork that I’ve seen in Comic Gemikan, one of my brother-in-law’s favorite hentai manga. The strange thing about this anime is that it still looks like something torn from the pages of a comic book. The strokes and the coloring are very light and airy. Even the rendering of objects weren’t altered to fit the screen media. Perhaps the creators did it on purpose, making Office Affairs similar to print, for purposes of story telling.

Unfortunately, the plot hasn’t much to speak of. There’s a pair of lovers, then later one of them participates in an orgy, then it’s back to the pair of lovers again. It’s a cycle that just repeats itself. One gets bored, does something bad, gets guilty, then gets bored again and so on. Actually, I’m very much confused when it comes to how Ono’s mind works. He actually can’t make up his mind when it comes to how he feels about his girlfriend Rie and his manager Sugiyama. It’s like you’re a guy trying to get inside a girl’s head. Very perplexing.

Office Affairs isn’t about sex every five minutes. It’s more about sex every second, with a few situational dialogues in between scenes. This title is definitely made for hentai fans who aren’t after meaningful storylines, but are looking for a sure fire way to relieve themselves of “stress”.
