Kimiko is a shy quiet glasses-wearing schoolgirl who is in love with her childhood friend, Toru (who is also her next door neighbour, go figure). With no confidence in her looks or other assets, Kimiko asks her grandmother if there is a medicine that can make her beautiful. Her grandmother reveals that there is indeed such a magic pill but that it might be dangerous. Kimiko is at first hesistant to take it but after seeing Toru once more decides that life isn’t worth living if she couldn’t have him. After taking the pill, Kimiko changes into a sexy beautiful girl (i.e. she takes off her glasses) and she and Toru do the nasty. However, although they are now a couple, Kimiko discovers that there is a side effect to the pill. Whenever she becomes horny, her mind shifts and she becomes “Were-Slut” who is her with her inhibitions released. She becomes very horny and nasty and seeks out random sexual encounters with anybody who is interested.

The series is 8 issues long and documents Kimiko’s various sexual experiences, generally in standalone stories although there is one story arc that recurs later in the series.
