Chacha is a magician training under the renowned mage, Seravi, who raised her since she was still a baby. She has two best friends, who go the same school for little magicians — Riiya, a little boy with superhuman strength and Shiine, a smart young magician training under Dorothy. Dorothy is Seravi’s former obsession, his childhood “sweetheart.” Chacha has enough trouble practicing to be a good magician going to a school where sometimes a teacher woud freeze the entire classroom. But between that and mediating in the quarrels of “sweethearts” Dorothy and Seravi, she realizes that she can become more powerful by transforming into the Magical Princess Holyup.
