This h-anime has my three most hated things in it: (1) needles; (2) needles/syringes stuck into the most inappropriate body parts (how would you feel if I stuck a needle into your d*ckhole???); and (3) worms or squiggly things that really stops my breathing during nightmares. Never mind the tortures, it’s already a given that I can tolerate them as long as I just watch and not experience them for myself. There was one little tidbit that amused me, though. It’s that if you’re a butt-ugly woman and you exist in this anime, you still won’t escape rape. The sadists here have ways of making things better for themselves. The turn of events can also be really strange. Everything starts off as expected—with S&M, of course, and a few full-bodied airheads. It was quite difficult to pinpoint how the atmosphere suddenly got romantic and then sentimental. Not to spoil it for you, but near the end, Kate just up and does a 180 degree turn in her sense of values. It just left me thinking that somebody needs to have her loyalty straightened up.

As for the artwork? Well, for a somewhat old-fashioned character design, Bondage Queen Kate was able to showcase a few good-looking men and women.

Ooh, one little sidenote… Emi Shinohara, the voice of SailorJupiter, has a small role here. Another side note… Kate’s vital statistics are supposed to be 34-26-35 but she looks more like a 40-26-40 to me.
