Cover Description: Family values like you've never seen them
before! In the Asuka Family, nothing is more important then family tradition,
but for their lovely young daughter Jun, it means she must get married
on her 18th birthday! Now although poor little virgin Jun is not above
kickin' some butt, she just can't stand the thought of marrying someone
she just doesn't love. What's a girl to do? Unfortunately for her mother,
who has gone through all sorts of machinations to auction Jun off to
the highest bidder, she runs away with Kurate, a trusted servant. Convinced
that Jun's aversion to marriage comes from her lack of familiarity with
sex, Mrs. Asuka hires a gang to hunt down Jun and the missing servant.
Their orders are to catch her and bring her back home, after having
a little fun of their own with her to show her that sex isn't all that
bad. Little do they know what a tough cookie this romantic 18-year-old
is. Why do you think she's called 'Iron Virgin Jun' anyway?

What the heck is this doing in the hentai listings?
I am wondering why most video shops I've visited place this title
in the adult section. There isn't a single sexual scenario to
be seen! Well, of course there are several attempts by the ugliest
men imagineable at raping Jun, but as you can see from the above
picture, Jun isn't the type of girl who can be easily ravished.
So for those of you hentai fans, I'm truly sorry, but this might
turn out to be a disappointing package for you.
On the other hand, I found some entertainment from this anime.
First of all, the women in the Asuka family are silly, especially
Jun's big hulking beef of a mother (read the cover description
above if you're not convinced). Second, the women are just
so top-heavy it's laughable! When I say top-heavy, I just
don't mean the breasts. They're really a tough bunch, reminding
me of the Iron Giant monster that I've always encountered
in every Final Fantasy game. It doesn't help that the background music
sounds like the earlier 16-bit role playing console games.
The women are also as strong as they look. I just cracked
up at the way Jun flings away one sex maniac after another.
But that's just your typical Go Nagai humor.
Overall, Iron Virgin Jun is probably all right for a general
audience show, but I still can't, for the life of me, figure
out why this made it in the adult rack while Ranma
didn't!
